[Feature request] Optional File Type Association

Upon installing the app, the association of all supported file types should be made optional.

Because Windows doesn't have an easy way to undo that change in bulk.

Short of, y'know, uninstalling and not using the app.
(which would be shame in this case, since it's good)

I was looking forward to using/trying out the app. After I saw it had taken over file associations, I uninstalled the app.
Having a menu item in Explorer right click menu, such as "Open with Notepads" would be ideal.
