[Problem] chaindata GC pages are not reclaimed and keep accumulate during resequencing.

Hi team:
I found that a ton of GC pages accumulate and keep growing during resequencing and they are not reclaimed. I'm confused why this is only happening during resequencing, while normal sequencing step shares the same mdbx config.
