case 1:
There are 3 Ethereum full nodes, and one of them is down.
case 2:
There are 3 Ethereum full nodes, and one of them has stopped producing new blocks.

report the failure of this node by Alertmanager, switch the main node/RPC Endpoint to a node that is working properly.
