我测试了
Android for armeabi-v7a (GCC 4.9, Qt 5.9.3 for Android armv7)
这个环境，编译最新的代码没有问题。而5.13.1中无法编译，我也不清楚是为什么，你可以尝试下其他版本的Qt

好像和QT版本没有关系
mingw32-make[2]: *** No rule to make target '../../../JQQRCode-master/sharedlibrary/JQLibrary/src/JQQRCodeReader/zxing/zxing/common/detector/MonochromeRectangleDetector.cpp', needed by 'MonochromeRectangleDetector.obj'. Stop.

其他Android工程都正常吗？

路径太长了，超出windows的限制。
