当上传同一个文件时，增加支持选择覆盖文件或者不覆盖文件的选择功能

感谢反馈，由于在文档上传后，分段内容是可以修改删除和关联问题。
若支持覆盖原文档的话，我们会先删除原文档所有内容（包含原文档中分段关联的问题），再上传一个新文档。
