파이썬 버전 3.8.7로 변경 하려면

!wget https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.8.7/Python-3.8.7.tgz 
!tar xvfz Python-3.8.7.tgz
!Python-3.8.7/configure 
!make 
!sudo make install
