Support JP and CN in the lottery script (gift exchange)

I have just uploaded TW images for lottery in c0fade8, since they have the Gilfest right now, but JP and CN are missing the StopGifts.png. CN is also missing the lottery.png. They need to be added in the next lottery events.

Also the Japanese lottery.png can probably be replaced with the NA one, and then we just need to check if it's inside of finishedLotteryBoxRegion. If not, make finishedLotteryBoxRegion wider.

I happened to have helped a friend back last Gilfest when I first updated the lotto script to stop when the present box was full. I forgot to add the images for JP at the time. I do not have the CN server images though. We'll have to get those from someone else.
