@mmcev106 I can't seem to figure out the correct syntax for line #35.
And I select "'Participant Consent' - [Any EVENT]" from the dropdown field labeled "Every time the following survey is completed:" in the dialog box.

I have tried multiple combinations of the text sting and get an error regarding the scrollIntoView function. I know this is a newer feature, or at least it was moved to this section of REDCap with the new dialog window.

@alewis64, I'm looking into this. I believe an rctf library change is required.

Agree with your assessment that an RCTF library change might be necessary here:

That step definition does not yet support ordinals - meaning the default case it will select the "first" match and then you can override that with second third etc keywords before the "dropdown". Currently it is finding all matches, which is why you are getting the 7 matches or whatever the number is.

There might be a work around available to get around that limitation by typing in the value (since it's a Select2 menu) rather than selecting it with dropdown step.

(Untested whether the type option would work .. )
