Use new official binpkg feature for gentoo on distrobox

Since gentoo now officially supports installing binary pkgs.
I think it would be nice to use it when setting up distrobox with gentoo.

What I mean is running gentuto to get the gpg keys and installing basic required packages with -g/--getbinpkg flag. That would speed up the container initialization.
