The website is in working condition.
Your error sounds like you got many artists (or artists with many, many songs) and with increased amounts of songs, it gets increasingly likely that some of the network calls fail.

Can you share any reproduction steps or try it with a smaller size of artists?

Turns out that the playlists were created in spite of the network errors, it just took a bit of time to show up.
But ... they were full of "Remix" tracks which is not very appealing so I deleted them :( Perhaps you could filter out remixes?

Filtering Remixes out is something I already had in mind.
I just never did it because I haven't yet decided on a way of how I want to detect Remix Tracks. Because if I just filter out all songs that have the word Remix in them, then I also filter out any songs that all called remix but aren't actually a remix. Or I still might not get them all because some artists call have the appendix - remix on the album and not on the song.
So as soon as I'll decided that, I'll do that
