Link and the end of "The bootloader binaries for HiKey960 can be downloaded here." is broken.

Actually this appears to be a duplicate of #905.

It is been reported again (I think independantly) on the 96Boards forum: https://discuss.96boards.org/t/link-to-bootloader-binaries-is-not-found/10846/1
