Would it be possible to create a mezzanine that would give us the ability to capture any up to 1080p HDMI data and presenting it like a camera (CSI) so that its use would be straightforward under Linux?
I am using for the time being an OrangePi RK3399 with a Toshiba chip, but I am considering other options.
On this board, the CSI 1 is disabled when using the HDMI-IN feature.
My goal would be to build a mobile camera with battery, 4G/Wifi connectivity but also HDMI input, so that I could benefit of better image with a DSLR.
