Simple script to collect all readable AWS secrets in secret manager from an AWS account
usage: cli.py [-h] [--profile PROFILE] [--role-arn ROLE_ARN] [--external-id EXTERNAL_ID] [--output OUTPUT] [--file-path FILE_PATH] [--verbose]
