bech32 nodeid QR

Shouldn't QR code with a bech32 encoded nodeid work?
It seems only the hex version works.
Would be much smaller QR codes.

Thanks! It's not a priority now, but if the new format proposed in the mailing list gains traction, eclair will certainly support it.
