The versions on google play for both apps is 0.4.8 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.acinq.eclair.wallet.mainnet2 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fr.acinq.eclair.wallet

while latest git tag is v0.4.17-TESTNET:
https://github.com/ACINQ/eclair-mobile/tags
and latest github release is: Eclair Mobile 0.4.17 v0.4.17-MAINNET
