Hi,

When I go to redeem some sats from games using lnurl withdraw and phoenix is closed, I'm asked to authenticate with biometry. I would like to know if is possible to receive from lnurl withdraw without be necessary to authenticate. The authentication should be only requested if after I receive the funds I go to other windows of phoenix.

Add a functional Android application (#121)

This commmit adds an android application that can create/restore a wallet, and
receive and send LN payments. Some configuration screens have been added. The 
app is still a WIP.

Some controllers/managers in the shared module have been updated, including
the currency manager and the electrum manager. The iOS app has been updated.

The kodein database has been removed to use the existing sqlite database instead.
