1- I changed to dark mode. Everything is ok.
2- I restart Phoenix, and automatically Phoenix appear in light mode.

Obs. Android version: 7.0

I could reproduce this issue on Android 8.0 by playing with the Night mode and the Battery Saver system settings. Scenario is not straightforward so I suspect there's a bug either in the AndroidX AppCompat 1.1.0 library, or in our code (!).
