A node costs report

For those using phoneixd for business purposes, it would be nice to have an API endpoint to generate a report for all costs. Be it 0.04% fees for outbound transactions, any channel liquidity fees, or any network routing fees. Basically any costs that the node paid to either ACINQ or the bitcoin/lightning network that reduced the total balance of sats.

For bonus point the ability to query by date range would be useful. And a breakdown of the types of costs would be amazing.

Have you checked the csvexport endpoint? It breaks down fees into mining and service fees for all payment types. It also supports a date range.
