* add requirements for the following to Ont pub HowTo:
    - minimal AGLS metadata
    - minimal LD operations (HTML & RDF)
    - minimal WCAG2 readability in the HTML

* list PID URI patterns not here but on pid.data VM, using queries against the PID Svc instances

* add Disposal Class Repo link to HowTo draft page
    - create the repo
    - text files for Register
        - 2 x for HTML & ttl
        - 2 x for each instance

* update Join page metadata

* roll out Join nav link

* space and tidy the Join blue boxes

* blue box right margin on index

* reconsider column width on index page
