Facing issue with "openstack token issue"

Hi,
I am trying to deploy the controller node and got stuck with the token issue.
Whenever I try to run the command "openstack token issue" - I keep getting the error that " InternalServerError: An unexpected error prevented the server from fulfilling your request. (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-962dae1b-0b1f-4728-ae3e-9c693831c383)"

please find my admin-rc vars:

I have attached the logs (openstack token issue --debug).

Could you please support and update what could be the issue?
