Error - "The string must have at least one character. Parameter name: workItemRevisions" after Excel re-import

Hi, I have used the Offline test execution extension to export, fill out a couple Outcomes for test cases, and then re-import the Excel file back into DevOps. When I double-click the Test Case to view the Test Results, I get the following error:

The string must have at least one character. Parameter name: workItemRevisions

No other details are shown. This is only happening from the extension and not with manual test runs. I am trying to upload screenshots with more details, but I don't see an option here. Can someone please look into this issue? Thanks
