Roll-up Board uses invalid URL to link to backlog #55

The roll-up board extension in TFS 2018 contains links back to the board for which it is configured. Unfortunately, the URL is invalid. The correct board URL is
https://TFSURL/tfs/Collection/TeamProject/Team/_backlogs/board/Backlog%20items
but the extension is using
https://TFSURL/tfs/Collection/TeamProject/_boards/board/t/Team/Backlog%20items

As you can see, it’s wrong in several ways.
