Make this into a Desktop Application with a User Interface

The application will act as followed
Start with an expression

([] [] [])

The first combobox should be a dropdown with the choices of "add" and "multiply"
The next two comboboxes can either be add expr or add num
There will be a button that calculates the number after you have created your expression
