More terse indication for ranges of acceptable string values

Many target parameters are strings. The only BCP-004-01 Constraint Keyword that can be used with the string type is enum.
However, in many cases the strings represent totally or partially ordered values, such as for profile, level and sublevel for BCP-006-01 NMOS With JPEG XS.

Maybe there is some way to use minimum, maximum or pattern constraints that would help?
