Panel resize not working as expected

Problem: Handle not clickable sometimes.

• Check if slider handle width is too small
• Optimize sliding to reduce size of render view (should zoom out).
• Re-render must not change the slider position

Nice! I had a really wide render and it consumed the text editor and slider. Works much better in the dev branch

Good to hear.
I haven't worked on this for a while. Because I haven't got any feedback to it and so I used my time to work on other open source projects.
Maybe if I'm having time I can publish a release with the improved panels.
