Proposal

Add UI to show help for the MaterialX Viewer. Especially for hidden hot keys which folks may not know about:

MaterialX/documents/DeveloperGuide/Viewer.md

Line 60 in 64b9696

- `R`: Reload the current material from file. Hold `SHIFT` to reload all standard libraries as well.

Adding help for the menus would also be useful but is more obvious.

This would match how the graph editor has help for such things.

Add keyboard shortcuts documentation to Viewer (#2026)

Addressing issue #2011 with the creation of a popup button for helpful information and keyboard shortcuts. Help tooltips also included for all buttons except for selected geometry. Markdown doc also updated.
