What happened?

Toggle Session Manager and Toggle Annotation Tools not working while click these options.

List all the operating systems versions where this is happening

windows 10

On what computer hardware is this happening?

workstation type

Relevant console log output

we don't have any logs

Environment variables

No response

Hello @digiaura-git,
FYI: Both the annotation and the session_manager buttons are working normally on my end.
I also tried on a Windows 10 system to be sure.
I really wonder what is causing this issue on your end.
Please let us know if you figure it out.
