xcm in block seems not correct #12

Hi, this is the message:

And using api.createType('XcmVersionedXcm', message) it is decoded to

{"v0":{"teleportAsset":{"assets":[{"none":null},{"allAbstractFungible":{"id":"0x"}},{"all":null},{"allFungible":null}],"effects":[]}}}

If this is not correct, could you please give me some hints on what would be the correct xcm message content?
