I'm trying to use the De Jpeg upscaler that is designed to remove JPG artifacts. But the Upscale button gets greyed out when I have the upscale set to 1.0 which is the correct way to use this one. There are other use cases where I want to upscale something but then resize back down to my original resolution, and this would streamline that process as well.
