Issue hosting on heroku

How were you able to deploy this application on heroku? Since we assign the Spotify client_side_url to '127.0.0.1', the application is redirected to that link. 
Is there a possibility to make the client_url change variably so that it can be hosted on Heroku?
If not, is there a way to host it in such a way that the url changes to the Heroku cloud url?
