Command to change the difficulty of a problem

Changing the difficulty of a problem involves manually moving it and then running "aucpl sync". I would love a command like "aucpl reclassify -p [PROB] -d [DIFFICULTY]" or similar, that can change a problem's difficulty and resync for me automatically.
