Description

Cannot connect to the GPS because its called u_blox and were looking for u-blox

* Removed RMC since it would sometime produce duplicate lat long fixes #41. Took a stab at macos identification of gps, working on #38.

* Removed deprecated inplace reference

* Updated the gps test to match gga requirement now

* Updated gps lib. Added more precision to gps log. Added try and except around plotting in high res. Updated the tests for gps to reflect the new library
