StreamId Issues

when User "A" and User "B" are in the call and when User "A" try to disconnect and reconnect from the web browser the User "B" is unable to hear the User "A" where as User "A" is able to hear User "B" what we have found is User "B" stream id is been received as User "B" stream id instead of User "A" stream Id. We are unable to identify how to fix the issue seems the streamId is not being set properly can you help us
