Video streaming audio not playing correctly

Hello, I'm using this same code in my system to implement the video call, but every time I start the call, my audio doesn't play on the other end of the line, and for this to work correctly I need to refresh the page where the call is being played so that my audio can be transmitted normally, could you please help me? Thanks in advance!

We are also experiencing the same and we have to refresh everytime is this has been @PedroHenrike20 can you please share the solution here it would be helpful for all of us
