RTM service not enabled – RtmUnauthenticatedError (-10015)

Description

I’m encountering an authentication error when trying to use the RTM service:

RtmUnauthenticatedError: Error Code -10015 - The RTM service is not enabled or has been stopped.
detail: NO_ACTIVE_PRODUCT_STATUS, NOT_ENABLE_RTM or service has been stopped.
