Recording C++ migration still renders English Parameters and Returns labels after fixed comment

Problem

After the previous issue was commented as fixed, the latest local migration rerun still renders English generated labels on Recording C++ zh-CN API pages.

Evidence

Browser verification on /zh-CN/api-reference/local-server-recording/cpp/classagora-1-1recording-1-1-i-recording-engine still shows Parameters, Returns, and table headers Name and Description. The generated MDX still contains #### Parameters and #### Returns in content/docs/zh-CN/api-reference/local-server-recording/cpp/classagora-1-1recording-1-1-i-recording-engine.mdx.

Impact

Chinese Recording C++ API reference pages still contain English generated API labels, so the localized Doxygen output remains inconsistent.
