Looking for info about loading the preset by Id

Hi,
Is there any way to load the preset by ID over Web Socket or any other way? I would like to be able to easily call the ID from another system.
The system will trigger different preset effects based on different actions on that system. Currently, I see the whole preset configuration is sent over WebSocket(In browser network tab) when i click on the preset.
