Browser Crash on chrome://extensions Navigation

Problem
Opening chrome://extensions repeatedly causes the browser to crash. "Repeatedly" also refers to reloading the extensions management page, although closing that tab can also occasionally crash the browser. This has been observed with different extensions added on two different profiles.

Additional Notes
A test was done to verify this by navigating to the extensions management page and holding the reload keyboard shortcut on that tab to crash the browser. The terminal log is at debug.log and the dump is bbb0807c-5424-4ecf-9047-33fe4e3d211b.dmp. Other dumps are available upon request.
