FIX boiii Steam Workshop

Move Mods and Custom Maps from the Steam Workshop to the COD BO3 root.

Simply copy FIX_boiii_Steam_Workshop to the root of COD BO3 and drag-and-drop your Steam library onto it if it's a custom path!

Double Dash Argument	Description
fcwd	Forces the use of the current working directory.
nopause	Quit immediately at the end of execution.
