CPU load

CPU load is a bit high on IDLE. For example, iStat is using 0.3% too, but it shows in real time a lot of information.
Is it caused by shortcut watcher? Can you debug it?

- macOS version: 15.2
- Mac model: MBP 13 M1
- Apple Silicon/M1 (yes or no): yes

That's caused by the "Continuous check" in general settings. Disabling it will use less resources but it might then not show the HUDs in certain cases

high cpu here as well. no continuous check option. macbook air m1 2020, sequoia.

Activity Monitor screenshot as well (ignore AccessMenuBarApps, that's another little hog I just quit) to compare with a myriad other utilities.
