Yeap, the data format is nii.gz.
The dataset structure is image/label, in which train/val/test data are split according to the txt file.

For this code, we only split the data as the "image" and "label" folders. And the data split for training, validation, and testing data can be realized with the train/val/test.txt. I hope this answer will be helpful to you.
