[BUG] Performance issue with explorer.exe if it's excluded

Leaving SmartSystemMenu active on the system would make File Explorer really slow and barely usable. Closing it will restore Explorer.exe performance

Could you check please if SmartSystemMenuHook(64).dll library is loaded to Explorer.exe process when it is excluded via Process Explorer or Process Hacker.

I managed to reproduce the issue. The reason is in the explorer.exe process, it loads hooks a little differently and if there is a cancellation it tries to do the loading again constantly. In general, it is difficult to somehow influence this process. Therefore, I would recommend downloading the latest version 2.32.0 and adding the following lines to the processExclusions section of the SmartSystemMenu.xml file:

<processName ignoreHook="true">explorer.exe</processName>
