Help/Insights regarding custom overlayed panels !

I'm switching from Windows 11. And i like its quick settings panel and collapsible system tray a lot.

something similar to https://github.com/qwreey/quick-settings-tweaks
I'd love to have similar to fedora one.

If there's none available, thinking of using https://github.com/v1cont/yad to build one.

Any pointers associated with the subject.

NOTE: using Hyprland + Waybar on Arch
