[Feature Request] hyprland/windows - ability to specify specific format string for different states

This would involve adding to the jsonc understanding of format-empty, format-active, format-visible, format-urgent, etc.
Use case? Is to be able to only show window text for example, on the active window, a description of the urgency notification on the urgent window, better handling of empty workspaces (without needing to pad them negatively due to the existence of window or not, but unable to make an if statement in a config file or fmt::format padding lol).

Current behaviour to get this working:

One can see using padding ratios allows us to mimic this centering behaviour, which is typically ruined by the need to add a space between the icon and the windows. A solution would also be to add a check to windows if 0, including if ignored windows are in that, should be taken as empty, check is 0, then add no padding space, and if windows to display exist, then pad space.
