Wanted to note that through a separate project request, I found that this sample has a small BRAF kinase domain duplication event, which is marked as oncogenic in OncoKB, but not captured in the MSK INDEL hotspots file. We may want to add this event to the file in the future, but should do some additional research to determine whether this has been observed before in pLGG.
