Describe the bug and reproduction steps

When I'm typing a prompt on the Open Hands Chat, It's not giving a response and is displaying this error as shown in the image. Please look into it.

Can you please take a look at WSL here: https://docs.all-hands.dev/modules/usage/installation and check it out? Also, is docker running?

Please check the above documentation linked and it should help your run OpenHands.
Make sure to run the docker command in the WSL terminal.
Let me know if you're still running into an issue and some more information and we can reopen and take a look.
