Re-write to SwitfUI

Considering a re-write to kotlin with jetpack compose, major reasons for the same

1. Moving away from JavaScript
2. https://github.com/pgpainless/pgpainless is better maintained than react native fast openpgp and provides many things
3. Truly native app
4. I have never built an app with kotlin/java

Reasons to not

1. i have never built an app with kotlin/java
2. apple devices are permanently left out

I'm still on the fence if i wanna do it at all 🙃 I'm not sure if i wanna leave cross platform builds, and if it'll be worth it. For an app like this the performance hit isn't gonna be that bad between react native and native is my assumption. If you have any data points to sway my opinions i would love to know them
