I don't know Norwegian.
So unless a translator fix it or I learn Norwegian.
I have no option but to use something like google translate.

I see you use Weblate. You can set a hard (enforced) character limit there (here: short desc = max 80 chars). Then, an option would be removing that one file, and waiting for a contributor to provide a new one – which then, thanks to the hard limit, should not exceed the 80 chars again.
