PoissonZeroProcess.sample is incompatible with pymc3.fast_sample_posterior_predictive #9

PyMC3's fast_sample_posterior_predictive throws an exception when used with PoissonZeroProcess.sample; looks like there's a shape issue we need to resolve in that sample method.
