I currently cannot setup recurring transfers or transactions to savings or debts, and I think this would be useful.

How would you like to see this implemented? Do you want to add an optional field to the "add recurrence" form?

I think just allowing selecting of savings or debts in the normal recurrence form would be the best UI for it.
